- *SOFPPEX will offer a summary of its ambitious programme in Paris to be as a perception of what is in the general programme.  *SOFPPEX is glad to summarize the programme in these points:

01 – The one who wants the authorized agency of the French company *SOFPPEX and its biological products *Jar.NT&D, and how to start the work has to request the ambitious programme of agents in Paris first, read it thoroughly and understand it very well and then have an idea about the three marketing plans of the authorized agency, then he determine which plan he can accomplish … or the fourth of the trading agreed mediation for those capable of accomplishing it.

07 – The producing company needs *10 to 15 days to accomplish the whole Documentation file *the name and *the address of the one who wants the authorized agency *legalized by the concerned French administrations which were mentioned before, and then it will be sent by registered mail or the other ways mentioned in the programme to his address in his own country.

08 – After he gets the Documentation and he reads them, he will discuss the way of phrasing the contract of the deal in which concerns, the deal’s context, its details and its information, and the agreed size of the deal, the size of the financial facilities offered by *SOFPPEX, the nature of promises offered to the authorized agents, the place of signing the contract, the way of paying, and the guarantees of both sides and other things mentioned in the contract.  

09 – The size of the deal that is mentioned in the first and the second plan is only for the benefit of the authorized agent, and in the third plan is for the benefit of the authorized agent and his partners because the authorized agents are self – employed and not workers for the producing company.  *SOFPPEX provides the financial facility and the necessary support and other kinds of help which enables them to have honorable marketing competition.  

10 – The French company *SOFPPEX deals according to the programme depending on a trading authorized agency and a trading authorized agent and it is not distribution, the distribution is a part from the authorized agent work and his basic mission.

11 – The companies that follow the distribution principle don’t have any profitable motivation with the trading deal, only a percentage in exchange for the distribution, and this is not accepted by *SOFPPEX.  The distributer deals with the authorized agent only inside his country, *SOFPPEX is a producing company, and exists overseas, so its trading deals are just through its authorized agents.   

12 – The motivations provided by *SOFPPEX are bigger than the authorized agents’ efforts.  *SOFPPEX provides financial – facility – or – guarantee – which is more than the capital of the authorized agent.  The producing company provides another financial facility to the partners of the administrative authorized agent too, and without any interests.  It offers free salable quantities bigger than the capital of the authorized agent; it gives a general study about the work horizons in all sides, the technical, the marketing, the economic profit and the profit calculations and other guides.   All those facilities offered by the producing company to its authorized agents are to help them to prove themselves in the trading field and to simplify their honorable competitions.  

13 – When the agreed deal contract will be completed, it will be shown firstly by email – draft contract – to the authorized agent, then it will be printed in two copies and legalized by the producing company – that gives the authorized agency – and has the registered trademark *Jar.NT&D of the trading French company of *SOFPPEX, and it will be given to the one who wants the trading authorized agency to sign and legalize it and then using it as original contract, approved and valid starting the day of the signature. It comes in two copies.

14 – Signing the deal contract would be by one of these ways:

A – The deal contract will be printed on two copies, and legalized by *SOFPPEX company, then it will be sent to the address of the one who wants the trading authorized agency by registered mail; after he gets them, he signs and legalizes them, then he keeps one copy, and returns the second back to the producing company in Paris.

B – The contract will be signed on two copies in *SOFPPEX company office in Paris, either with the authorized agent directly, or with someone who will come instead of him with a written presentation legalized and signed by the authorized agent.

C – The possibility to request a trading invitation from the French company of *SOFPPEX, legalized by the concerned administrations in Paris as it is mentioned before in order to sign the deal contract in Paris by the one who wants the trading authorized agency.   In this case, the one who wants the authorized agency will assume the costs of the trading invitation and the residence.
