The second plan – junior authorized agent:

- *SOFPPEX proposes several plans for the various capacities, and with a given capital of the authorized agent in the first and second plan and without a direct capital of the authorized agent in the third plan. And in the fourth plan definitively without capital of the trading mediation. The explained deals in the plans are for the benefit of the authorized agent and not for the French producing company because the authorized agent is self – employed, with a profit of his own with a great support and a great financial facility of *SOFPPEX.

This free quantity is a great participation from the company of *SOFPPEX from the start to take part in the sum of the shipment and insurance and also the customs in his country and the necessary propaganda in order to support the sale. *5.000 euros, five thousand euros, – *market value – will be refunded to the junior authorized agent, instead of the expenses, in order to enhance the profit.
- At this time, the company will define the volume of the given financial facilities; according to the available capital, on the condition that the junior authorized agent’s capital is more than *7.000 euros, seven thousand euros. In this case, the volume of the financial facilities will be multiplied more than the engaged capital arranging to complete the agreed deal which starts with *100,000 euros, one hundred thousand euros.
- *SOFPPEX offers prizes and gifts to be distributed to its customers in order to support the operation of the sale of *15.000 euros, fifteen thousand euros, – *market value.
