Personal guarantees with *SOFPPEX:

- The Company of *SOFPPEX decided to use an easy method for its authorized agents.   ¶After they agreed to offer special funding facilities for the deals, *SOFPPEX made the decision not to follow the form of the banks in the whole world in what concerns the payment.  It opts to decrease the procedures of the financing of deals between *SOFPPEX and its authorized agents to propose only the personal guarantees because the – guarantees requested for funding debts of funding trading is not available or easy, so that the producing company decided not to follow the method of trading deals of the others with its authorized agents.  ¶

- *¶SOFPPEX cancelled the mortgages in its financial deals with the authorized agents in order to guarantee the easiness of the trading deals, noting that mortgages or else don’t oppose the Islamic law.

- And so *SOFPPEX is the only company in the whole world which follows this distinguished method of trading deals with its authorized agents.  The producing company is satisfied by a personal engagement of the authorized agent, it promises to refund the cost of the finance facilities given by *SOFPPEX Company according to the agreed period of time written down the contract signed between the two parts and which all paragraphs were discussed thoroughly and agreed on.
