03 – The website is going to be under the name chosen by the international salesperson.   It is going to be his own authorized site and for his direct account.   The communication page will also be in his name and electronic address that he is going to choose with his direct phone number and his office address if available, in some cases.

04 – The international authorized salesperson is going to be responsible for advertising his website and publicizing it the way that suit him in marketing.   Any expenses related to the advertising is going to be afforded by him, if found.   The responsibility of the French company is to allocate him a certain commission of the price of sale only in return of every box sold through his website.

05 – The international authorized salesperson is going to focus the advertising of his site inside and outside his country.   The French producing company is going to prepare for him a site in three main international languages which will make it understandable in most countries of the world.

06 – It is possible to add any other language to the website of the international authorized salesperson, if he wants.   This is going to be agreed on at its time, if Allah wants.

07 – The full expenses of authorizing the international authorized salesperson, launching the site and the due taxes on the authorization are : *4.900 Euro paid only for once  in addition to *680 Euro annually.   This is the expense of keeping the site on the sever and the name of the domain, and to continue and develop the technical and administrative sides of the site all year round.

08 – In certain cases, the French producing company is going to have a partner with the international authorized salesperson with the capital, if he wants.    It is going to offer *50 % of the required capital, and it will get in return *25 % of the agreed on profit in the contract of the international authorized salesperson.   This is going to be agreed on with the one who wants to be an international authorized salesperson – distributer for the French producing company upon communication between both parties.

09 – Upon agreeing, first the due sum of money on the international authorized salesperson must be paid to the company, it equals *4.900 Euro in addition to *680 Euro euro, so the full sum of money will be *5580 Euro then the company is going to start preparing his website and publishing it on search engines on the Internet.   Then it will be given to the international authorized salesperson ready for the actual start of the business.   The company will decide the time needed to accomplish the site and give it to the salesperson, if Allah wants … or *review the previous clause. 

10 – The task of the international authorized salesperson will be only to advertise his website, and then to give the data of every buyer to the French company via email.

11 – It is possible to exempt the international authorized salesperson from collecting the data of the customers and giving them to the company in Paris

THE FRENCH PRODUCING COMPANY IS GOING TO DO THE FOLLOWING :

A – To prepare the required product from France within three days from the date of sending the data from the international authorized distributer – salesperson to the company.

B – To prepare the outer shipping box of the international authorized kinds. 

C – To provide every box of the products with a special number so this number can be used to enter the lottery which the company will have periodically on the sold numbers, and then presenting the prizes to the winners.

D – To arrange the data sent to the company by the international authorized salesperson on special stickers, according to the international common law requirements of quick shipping of parcels, stick them on the outer box which is prepared for international shipping to be shipped.

E – To give the parcels to the shipping company which the French producing company is dealing with in order to ship every box to the attached address.

F – The company is going to afford all the expenses of shipping and its requirements until the products are delivered to the required address in any country of the world.

G – Each box is going to contain an insurance on the shipping also, and the French producing company will afford the value of the insurance. 

12 – Business is going to be done according to the signed contracts between both parties that are the French producing company and the international authorized salesperson.   The contract will be renewed after each marketing of *60.000 box.   The contract will be in two original copies on the official paper of the French producing company *SOFPPEX.  They will be authorized and signed by its general manager.

13 – The company is going to inform the person who wants to be authorized as an international authorized salesperson – distributer for the company and its products that his payment will be defined in return for the clarified quantity in the contract which is *60.000.  The payment will be in the currency of his own country.   This will be done during direct communication between both parties.

14 – After agreeing with the international authorized salesperson on the payment of every *60.000 box in a separate periodically renewable contract, the agreed on payment will be fixed in the contract including all the available kinds of the products for marketing on line regardless of the price of each kind.   The agreement will not be on a percentage of kind but on the whole quantity.

15 – The French producing company does not oblige the salesperson with a limited time to market *60.000 box.    At the same time, the time should not exceed *10 months to market them so all the international authorized salespersons can compete honestly.

16 – The company is going to give the payment to the international authorized salesperson in the local currency of each country, and the company is going to take into consideration the conditions in every country.   It has given several choices for the international authorized salesperson to work with, and each choice has the payment that suits its nature.

17 – The payments of the international authorized salesperson will be transferred after selling each *10.000 box according to the agreement between both parties and the country where it will be transferred, or when there is a need to transfer if the salesperson had to.

18 – Since the international authorized salesperson is not going to afford any of the expenses regarding delivering the products to their owners, the payment offered by the company to the international authorized salesperson will be net profit for him.   The French producing company will offer a payment for the international authorized salesperson.   This payment will be agreed on with every international authorized salesperson apart according to the income and due wages in every country. In all cases the payment will be satisfactory and meets the ambition.   It will be several doubles what the international authorized salesperson might get through an employment in his country.

19 – The international authorized salesperson does not need a special office to do his business.   However, he can get a special permission from the concerned authorities in his country, and declares his profits to the local authorities because all the company’s transfers to the international authorized salespersons are done in legal ways visa banks.

20 – The French producing company will offer a more popular choice for the one who has ambition and ability to market through an office specialized in marketing.   This office might be of his own or by dealing with a current office where they agree how to accomplish the business and coordinate between themselves.   This choice will enable the ambitious salesperson to have more than one website which will help him to expand his marketing space – and the benefit will be bigger and more comprehensive.

21 – Every website will have the statement *an international authorized agent – distributer for the French producing company according to an official certificate on the paper of the French producing company, authenticated and signed by the general manager of the company.   The certificate will be attached and posted on every site to give trust to the customers.  

22 – The French producing company will allocate the biggest basket of prizes in the world for the buying customers.   The prizes will be *4.000 prize.   The value of these prizes are *1.000.000 dollar – *Million dollars.   The lottery will take place periodically and the company is going to announce them on the authorized sites.   The prizes will include the following :

- The detailed index of prizes and presents will be clarified in the transaction contract between *SOFPPEX and the authorized agent after consultation on implementing the contract at the time.

- VALUABLE PRIZES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL AUTHORIZED SALESPERSONS :

- The company is also going to allocate several prizes for the international authorized salespersons.   They include: travel tickets – to and from Paris until the return journey and also a health insurance during all the time of the journey, staying in an excellent hotel in addition to a breakfast meal every day.   Every journey include a tour to all the sites of Paris and its suburbs, for a week, and until the winner leaves Paris international airport to his home, … the comprehensive journeys are afforded by the French producing company … completely. 

23 – If the validity of the first contract is over according to marketing *60.000 and not a limited time, and before renewing the following contract between both parties, the company will offer the international authorized salesperson a possibility to add a second website or more for him with a different marketing method.   The international authorized agent is going to manage and announce all his websites, and each site apart which is going to double his income.   This feature will be allocated by the company only to those who have the ability and ambition and have a good experience in marketing.

24 – The French producing company will offer some of the international authorized salespersons a possibility to be authorized agents in their countries so they can be able to deal directly with the sale windows in their countries such as pharmacies, salons and others. It will enable them to accomplish the company’s programme in their countries like the other authorized agents for the French producing company and its products.   This choice will be offered by the company to only those who have the ability and ambition.
