*SOFPPEX, Granting the authorized agency rights for free:
- *SOFPPEX gives the trading authorized agency rights for free to the ones who desire it, also it deals with its authorized agents to achieve their aims by making use of the continuing support offered by *SOFPPEX to its agents, facilities, guarantees and financing. Other stuff will be explained by the company in this programme. *SOFPPEX doesn’t sell the authorized agency rights to the trading brokers who sell them after that to the ones who want them, so those last have to pay a lot of money that may equal *150.000 euros, hundred and fifty thousand euros, however the company receives no money for itself in exchange for the authorized agency. - It is common knowledge that French trading companies that give the authorized trading agencies beneficiate from selling that agencies’ rights and each French company gains *25.000 euros, twenty – five thousand euros guaranteed by the French law, to be able to achieve a financial profits for itself, so it has to sell the authorized agency rights to the trading broker who deals with it, the latter buys the rights of each authorized agency with *65.000 euros, Sixty – five thousand euros, then he shows it to the ones who want it with *150.000 euros, hundred and fifty thousand euros, he is obliged to sell it with this price because he invests some money. After the sale, he will pay taxes to the French authorities, everyone who desires the authorized agency must pay this internationally agreed on sum.
- *SOFPPEX – from here – has decided to leave its financial returns right i.e. *25.000 euros, twenty – five thousand euros, to make it easy to the one who wants the authorized agency not to pay *150.000 euros, hundred and fifty thousand euros; so he will pay only *7.980 euros, seven thousand and nine hundred and eighty euros while *SOFPPEX won’t have any profits out of this sum. *SOFPPEX is the first company in the entire world that gives the agreed trading company rights to the ones who want it for free, so that makes it easier for each authorized trading agent. After that, it will give an amend of *4.000 euros, four thousand euros, to proof to everyone that it is distinguished among the entire producing trading companies in the entire world, it deals with a special way that supports its authorized trading agents all around the world.
- *SOFPPEX gives the chance to the brokers to facilitate the show of the authorized trading agency only by their trading brokers and without letting the ones who want it to assume any extra financial obligations without any commission in exchange for the trading mediation given by the person who wants it. *SOFPPEX is the one that offers attractive motivations … other detailed clarifications are available in section *40/70, plan four *4 of the agreed trading mediation.
Note :
- The clarified costs to get the documentations of the authorized trading agency, and also the costs of the files of the annual marketing campaigns of the exclusive authorized agency are attached by the French producing company with any emergency conditions such as the increase on the taxes raised on it, or anything else, and also according to the price of the dollar at the time. It is also attached to the way of transfer and its methods. The company offers several choices of the way of transfer to the one who wants the trading agency and what arise on every choice whether it was an exclusive or authorized agency; and the authorized agent or the exclusive agent has the right to choose what suits him from the presented choices.
