THE THIRD PLAN – ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORIZED AGENT

The third plan – administrative authorized agent:

Large financial facilities and guarantee from*SOFPPEX,

Two other financial facilities come with the plan,

- *¶SOFPPEX proposes several plans for the various capacities, and by given capital of the authorized agent in the first and second plan and without a direct capital of the authorized agent in the third plan.  ¶And in the fourth plan definitively without capital of the trading mediation.  ¶The explained deals in the plans are for the benefit of the authorized agent and not for the company because the authorized agent is self – employed with a profit of his own with a great support and a great financial facility and support from *SOFPPEX.

- ¶After the execution of one of these plans, he will move to the plan of super and which details will be applied after the execution of one of the suggested plans – if ALLAH wants -.  The producing company will detail the plan of super at the time for the authorized agent who wants to profit from all that.   ¶  ¶W

- *SOFPPEX proposes this plan to whoever does not have a direct capital, and with the participation of others with him; it is called a participant authorized administrative agent.  ¶It is for those how have competence, ambition and knowledge, but they do not have the capital, the company of *SOFPPEX allocates a percentage of the necessary capital to the person who wants the authorized administrative agency, this percentage aims to support the agreed administrative agent to find partners easily, but it must be managed by a deal of *200.000 euros, tow hundred thousand euros, – *market value – *SOFPPEX will provide a first financial facility – guarantee – to the participant authorized administrative agent of *20.000 euros twenty thousand euros, – *nominal value – for a  period of 6 months without interests on time or money, and with a personal guarantee to facilitate his mission which is bringing partners with him with the amount of *20.000 euros, twenty thousand euros – *nominal value.

- *SOFPPEX offers also a financial facility – guarantee – for the participant authorized administrative agent’s partners with enough money to cover the general deal’s sum with *250.000 euros, two hundred and fifty thousand euros – market value – for 6 months from the products shipment date, and without any delay or sum interests. 

- The participant authorized administrative agent manages the work of administration, and *SOFPPEX Company won’t request benefits from his expected profits, or his financing partners.   ¶ *SOFPPEX will provide free quantities ready to be sold products of *50.000 euros, fifty thousand euros, for the group the participant authorized agent and its partners and their customers – market value – as an additional support from the producing company, in order to contribute with big part of the insurance and shipping costs, as well as the customs of his country, and the necessary propagandas to support marketing.  *7.500 euros, seven thousand and five hundred euros, of products – market value – will be refunded to the participant administrative authorized agent, instead of costs, in order to enhance the benefit.

- As for management, the administrative authorized agent agrees with his partners about management and missions and coordination between them either by distributing the tasks between the ¶partners, or to do it himself exchanging a percentage from the profits of the business for his efforts and his management.  There will be an agreement with his partners on the percentage value, and *SOFPPEX doesn’t interfere except for advice and experience if needed.

- *SOFPPEX offers prizes and gifts to be distributed to the customers in order to support the operation of the marketing of *30.000 euros, thirty thousand euros – *market value.

- Other explanations will be available in the general study made by *SOFPPEX for management and data processing and solutions – one of *SOFPPEX group.  This study contains all the necessary information for marketing.

- The participant authorized administrative agent will gain big net profit for himself.  The percentage of this profit for the participant authorized administrative agent according to the engaged capital is: the third plan *+ 300 %, + three hundred percent, for more explanations see the general study.

THE THIRD PLAN SUMMARY

ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORIZED AGENT

The third plan summary – administrative authorized agent:

01 – The trading deal accompanies the signature of trading deal for the participant agreed administrative agent of *200.000 euros, two hundred thousand euros, – *market value – and divided into two payments.

02 – *SOFPPEX offers a first financial facility of *20.000 euros, twenty thousand euros, – *nominal value for the participant authorized administrative agent for 6 months, without interests.

03 – The participant authorized administrative agent must include partners with *20.000 euros, twenty thousand euros – *nominal value.

04 – *SOFPPEX offers a second financial facility to the partners of the participant authorized administrative agent with a value that covers the whole deal of *250,000 euros, two hundred fifty thousand euros, for 6 months with no interests.

05 – *SOFPPEX offers free quantities ready to be sold to the participant authorized administrative agent with *50.000 euros, fifty thousand euros, – *market value.

06 – *SOFPPEX offers prizes and presents to the participant agreed administrative agent to distribute it to the customers in order to support the marketing programme with *30.000 euros, thirty thousand euros, – *market value.

07 – *SOFPPEX shows a legalized certificate promising to present firstly a financial aid of *20.000 euros, twenty thousand euros, – nominal value to the participant authorized administrative agent to be able to suggest it to the one who wants to be his partner, it will be sent with the Documentation.

08 – *SOFPPEX shows a legalized certificate promising to present second a financial aid of *250.000 euros, two hundred and fifty thousand euros, – *market value – to the participant authorized administrative agent to be able to suggest it to the one who wants to be his partner, it will be sent with the Documentation.

09 – The participant authorized administrative agent of *SOFPPEX receives some facilities to understand the whole matter perfectly in order to succeed in his mission, that makes him accept and be convinced with the authorized agency.  So, he must get the explained documentation in this detailed programme by the producing company.  Without the Documentation, all the hard work will be waste of time and efforts.

- The Documentation are divided into two parts:

* First: *The evidences: And that is the whole file with the original diplomas of the first authorized agent, and his address and legalized certificates by the concerned governmental French agencies.

* Second: *The technical stuff: This will be explained in the general *study of *40 pages prepared by *SOFPPEX for management and data processing and solutions – one of *SOFPPEX group to grant the best service to its authorized agents, it contains all the expected answers and explanations and how to work.

10 – *7.500 euros, seven thousand and five hundred euros, – market value – will be refunded to the participant authorized administrative agent and his partners instead of the costs in order to increase the gain size.

11 – To have the Documentation, you can take a glance at the paragraph of the first step to begin working and how to have it also on the list of the Documentation, and also you take a look to the paragraph of the conclusion at the end of the programme, and when you get the acceptation, you can send a request to have the documentations.  ¶The company will send the necessary catalogues of that.   

12 – The rate of the net profit of the participant authorized administrative agent of the third plan is *67.500 euros, sixty – seven thousand and five hundred euros, refer to the detailed study for more explanation.

13 – The percentage of the net profit of the participant authorized administrative agent in this plan – with the engaged capital- the third plan *+ 300 %, + three hundred per cent.  For more information see the general study.
