SIGNING THE CONTRACTS OF *SOFPPEX

Signing the contracts:

- *SOFPPEX the French producing company follows a distinguished method in the field of introducing its trading contracts with its authorized agents and which no other company in the world has followed.  After the discussions and total agreement on the final phrasing of the contract in its primary form – draft contract – which is special for each deal.  When the company finishes phrasing the draft contract it will be sent to the authorized agent by e – mail first to see it and to revise it; it will be open for any negotiable modification or suggestions by the authorized agent and when they agree on it, it will be prepared and printed on two copies of *SOFPPEX official papers, and the both will be legalized and signed by the general manager of *SOFPPEX.    

- We will agree with the authorized agent on the signing place, and fix it in the contract the company produces several choices for the authorized agent to choose what suits him.  These choices are:

01 – Signing the contract with the authorized agent personally on both copies of the contract takes place in Paris directly in *SOFPPEX office.  The authorized agent gets one of the copies immediately after the signature.

02 – Signing both copies of the contract takes place in the presence of someone close to the authorized agent.  He comes to sign the contract on behalf of the authorized agent in *SOFPPEX office in Paris on the condition that the person entrusted to sign the contract must have a legal agency signed by the authorized agent himself – that qualifies him to sign both copies of the contract and anything needed to sign them.  The entrusted person gets one of the copies directly after the signature and then it is given to the authorized agent immediately.

03 – Both copies of the contract are sent to the authorized agent’s address in his country by registered mail.  The authorized agent sign both copies, legalizes them, keeps a copy for himself in his office archive and send the other one to the French producing *SOFPPEX office in Paris by registered mail.

- *SOFPPEX alone shares with the authorized agents the phrasing of the trading contract to be a correspondent contract that meets the needs and perceptions of the authorized agents.    *SOFPPEX the French producing company is the only company in the world that previously shows its draft contract to its authorized agents then send them in two copies by post to the authorized agent’s country.   It often happens that sudden events take place upon signing the contract because they didn’t get a chance to understand and realize the nature and secrets of the international trading contracts.

- The ambitious programme of agents from Paris was made easy to understand and that is to make anyone understand it regardless of his education level.  The contracts approved by *SOFPPEX use the same simple, easy to understand approach far from the complex language and odd expressions or which can be interpreted in more than one meaning or intention …. So, and in order to prevent any misunderstanding, the decision has be made to use simple understood for every body language hoping that the French producing company *SOFPPEX gets the trust of its authorized agents.
