THE PARTNERS’ GUARANTEE

If I have any partners with me in the agency,

How will our guarantees be as partners?

- *SOFPPEX guarantees that it will register the exclusive authorized agency in the name of the exclusive authorized agent and in the name of any other partner he has by a legal direct way since the French law and the internal rules of *SOFPPEX allow that.   It is allowed to register two names in each certificate.   

- However, in case there is more than two partners, the contract of the exclusive authorized agency is registered in the name of only one of the partners, and the name is made clear as the exclusive authorized agent in country *( so ….. and his partners ).   At the same time all the partners can write a contract with an attorney in their country and register their names and their shares according to the law in their country.   

- Here the writing of the contract is done according to the followed local law in the agent’s country, and the attorney writes it following the local law in the country so the guarantee is made clear for all partners …

And the law is the guarantor according to the law.
