The Documentation:

The first phase to start the work, and how you can have them:

- After you examine closely the ambitious programme of agents from Paris and understand it very well, it will be easy for us to determine a suitable work plan for you, and have the agreement to start the work with *SOFPPEX Company.  It is necessary to have the requested documentations of the authorized trading agency directly from *SOFPPEX.  Those documentations will be sent by registered mail during a period of *10 to 15 days, from the day of funding the participation sum to accomplish the Documentations.   They cost *7.980 euros, seven thousand and nine hundred and eighty euros.   

- This sum will be completely paid to a specialist French company of the international trading deals.  This sum includes the costs of the specialized company that holds the accomplishment of the trading companies deals and files and also the charges of the legalization from *the French chamber of commerce and *the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also *the control office of the French companies which is an subsidiary of *the French chamber of commerce and paying the taxes of the authorized trading agency from France to abroad i.e. the concerned governmental French administration.  The mentioned amount above also contains the costs of sending the documentations to the authorized agent by registered mail directly from Paris to the mail address of the authorized agent in any country in the world.

- As for the effort done by *SOFPPEX to coordinate between itself and the specialized company in accomplishing the trading deals and files in order to prepare the documentations file – the file of the authorized trading agency, *SOFPPEX holds the whole costs as an extra support to the person who wants the agency of its biological products *Jar.NT&D – the international registered French trademark and directly from the time of the first step.

- *SOFPPEX – the French producing company will provide two original boxes of the original size to the person who wants the authorized trading agency; one box of anti – hair loss cream – for women and men – Its weight is *50 ml, and other one face care and protection – for women – the weight is *50 ml.              

- The authorized trading agent participates only by *7.980 euros, seven thousand and nine hundred and eighty euros, and when he gets the Documentations – the file of the authorized trading agency, he will start executing his work which is between the producing company and the authorized agent to do the suggested deal, and go on in the details and phrasing of the contract of the deal and the signed contract between the two parts concerning the suggested deal.

NOTE 1 :

- In the case of signing the first deal with *SOFPPEX, the authorized agent will have a compensation of *3.500 euros, three thousand and five hundred euros worth of products – market value, this is considered a participation from *SOFPPEX to support the costs of the documentations supposed to be assumed by the authorized agent.

NOTE 2 :

- *SOFPPEX participates by the biggest part of the cost of the documentations; this participation equals *4.000 euros, four thousand euros, because the documentations are the base of this work from the legal and practical sides, and without them, it will be difficult to achieve the desired result.  *SOFPPEX takes charge to pay the big part of costs to lighten the burden for those who want the authorized trading agency to compensate them for what they paid before, without forgetting to mention that the costs have to be assumed only by the authorized agent, but *SOFPPEX is the only company that follows this method – the method of facilitations from all sides towards its authorized agents.  These facilitations are:

01 – There is no company in the world that grants its authorized agency directly without an authorized trading broker which costs the interested in the agency *150,000 euros, one hundred fifty thousand euros, and that is to guarantee its right from the profits which is *25,000 euros, twenty – five thousand euros.  Only *SOFPPEX grants its authorized agents the chance to get the authorized trading agency directly through the company which saves huge sums for the agent.  Only *SOFPPEX follow this unique method to save money for its authorized agents and give them more support.  

02 – No company in the whole world participates in the costs of the documentations, only *SOFPPEX follows that method and pays the biggest part of the cost which the authorized agent had to pay to get the authorized trading agency to help and simplify the deal for the authorized agents.

NOTE 3 :

- The biggest part of the costs of the documentations, which *SOFPPEX takes charge of and compensate for its authorized trading agent in the first deal between them, is only for its authorized trading agent and this doesn’t apply on the exclusive authorized agents who start the grand marketing campaigns because the grand marketing campaigns don’t need a direct capital from the authorized agent so *SOFPPEX holds all the expenses that the grand marketing campaigns need.

NOTE 4 :

- The Documentation certificates are provided in *French, *Arabic and *English; they are legalized by *the French Chamber of commerce, *the French Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, *the control office of companies in France, *the producing company *SOFPPEX which has the French and the international trademark *Jar.NT&D.  These certificates are detailed in a separate section of the ambitious programme – paragraph 42/70 – documentations list.

THE DOCUMENTATIONS LIST

The documentations list:

01 – Authorized certificate of the authorized agency: given to *SOFPPEX company, and the registered French and international trademark *Jar.NT&D under the name and the address of the authorized agent and, legalized by *the French Chamber of commerce, *the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, *the control office of the French companies and *the French producing company *SOFPPEX – an original certificate. 

02 – Agreement certificate about the right and freedom of sale: to allow the sale of *Jar.NT&D products around the world and in France under the name and the address of the authorized agent and, legalized by *the French Chamber of commerce, *the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, *the control office of the French companies and *the French producing company *SOFPPEX compact original certificate.

03 – Certificate of the origin: under the name and the address of the authorized agent and, legalized by *the Trade French Chamber, *the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, *the control office of the French companies and *the French producing company *SOFPPEX – original certificate.

04 – A certificate of quality: under the name of and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company in Paris – original certificate.

05 – Benefits Certificate: a certificate to show the benefits of *Jar.NT&D under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company – original certificate.

06 – A component certificate: a certificate that shows the compositions of the products under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company in Paris – an original certificate.

07 – The products validity certificate: a certificate to show the validity of the products under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company – an original certificate.

08 – The registered French and international trademark certificate: a legalized copy by *the French producing company *SOFPPEX in Paris.

09 – The trading register certificate of *SOFPPEX Company emanating from *the French chamber of commerce, documented by *the French court in Paris, a legalized – copy – from *the producing company in Paris.

10 – Legalized commitments: commitments to financial facilities presented by *SOFPPEX to provide the financial guarantee under the name and the address of the authorized agent, original and legalized by *the producing company in Paris – original commitment. 

11 – A contract of documentation and of collaboration: under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company in Paris – original contract.

12 – A general presentation of the prices: under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company in Paris – original presentation – with a validity till the end of the year.

13 – A comprehensive study of the authorized agent of *40 pages in Arabic, comprehensive and detailed, that shows all the horizons of the project under the name and the address of the authorized agent legalized by *the producing company – an original study.

14 – A face protection face box: A box of *SOFPPEX cream for face protection and care *Jar.NT&D *50 ml – an original box.

15 – Anti hair loss cream box: a box of *SOFPPEX cream to stop hair loss and to protect the hair from *Jar.NT&D *50 ml. – an original box.

16 – A catalogue: A distinguished catalog from *SOFPPEX with products listed in three languages: *Arabic, *French, and *English – coloured.

NOTE 1 :

- The certificates that must be legalized by *the French Trade Chamber and *the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, *the control office of the companies in France and *the producing company – *SOFPPEX – are:

A – An authorized certificate of the authorized agent by the French *SOFPPEX, and the French and the international registered trademark and its biological products *Jar.NT&D under the name and the address of the authorized agent – an original certificate.

B – An agreement certificate of products right and freedom of sale in France and around the world under the name and the address of the authorized agent – compact original certificate. 

C – The certificate of the origin: under the name and the address of the authorized agent – an original certificate.

NOTE 2 :

- All the other certificates are legalized by the French trading company *SOFPPEX, the only owner of the international registered trademark *Jar.NT&D.

NOTE 3 :

- All the certificates are written in the *French language, and translated into the *Arabic and the *English language to be understood easily by everyone.

NOTE 4 :

- All the certificates of the authorized trading agency documentations are in the name of the authorized agent by the *French producing company *SOFPPEX.   In case there are partners with the authorized agent, all the certificates, studies, guarantees and correspondence or else are in the name of the authorized agent and his partners.
