Can I be an exclusive authorized agent in the future?

- *SOFPPEX clarifies that in case there is a number of authorized agents for the company in one country and one of them decided to be an exclusive authorized agent, then yes, he has the right to do so.   He gets a new exclusive authorized agency if there is no exclusive agent in his own country, and he affords all the expenses of the exclusive authorized agency in its time.   The other authorized agents deal with him directly, after consulting and coordinating between the French producing company and the altered exclusive authorized agent and the other authorized agents in his country.
