THE SUMMARY OF THE SECOND PLAN
JUNIOR AUTHORIZED AGENT
The summary of the second plan – novice authorized agent:
01 – A deal accompanies the signature of the contract for the junior authorized agent according to his engaged capital which is more than *7.000 euros, seven thousand euros, and in this case, the volume of the deal will be *100.000 euros, one hundred thousand euros – *market value and in two payments if his participation were *7.000 euros, seven thousand euros – *nominal value.
02 – The junior authorized agent participation is: *7.000 euros, seven thousand euros – *nominal value.
03 – *SOFPPEX gives financial facilities to the junior authorized agent to cover the amount of the general deal i.e. *130.000 euros, one hundred and thirty thousand euros, for 6 months, divided into two payments and without interests – *market value.
04 – *SOFPPEX offers free quantities ready to be sold to the junior authorized agent with *30.000 euros, thirty thousand euros – *market value.
05 – *SOFPPEX offers prizes and presents to the the junior authorized agent to be distributed to the customers in order to support the sell programme with *15.000 euros, Fifteen thousand euros – *market value.
06 – *SOFPPEX signs a legalized certificate, it promises to represent a financial facility to the junior authorized agent, it will be sent with the Documentation.
07 – The junior authorized agent of *SOFPPEX receives some facilities to understand the whole matter perfectly in order to succeed in his mission that makes him accept and be convinced with the authorized agency. So, he must get the explained certificates in this detailed programme by the producing company. Without the Documentation, all the hard work will be waste of time and efforts.
- The Documentation is divided into two parts :
FIRST :
- The evidences that is the whole file- the original diplomas of the junior authorized agent, and his address and legalized certificates by the concerned governmental French agencies.
SECOND :
- Technical stuff: This will be explained in the general *study of *40 pages prepared by *SOFPPEX for management and data processing and solutions – one of *SOFPPEX group to grant its authorized agents the best service, it contains all the expected answers and explanations and how to work.
08 – *5.000 euros, five thousand euros – *market value – will be refunded to the junior authorized agent instead of the costs in order to enhance the gain size.
09 – To have the Documentation, you can take a glance at the paragraph of the first step to begin work and how to get it and take a look at the list of the Documentation, and also you take a look to the paragraph of the conclusion at the end of the programme, and when you get the acceptance, you can send a request to have the Documentation. The company will send the necessary catalogues of that.
10 – The rate of the net profit of the authorized agency of the first plan is *40.000 euros, forty thousand euros. Refer to the detailed study for more clarifications
11 – The percentage of the net profit of the authorized agent in this plan – with the engaged capital – the first plan *+ 500 %, + five hundred per cent. For more clarifications refer to the general study.
