TO THE AGENTS, AND THE CUSTOMERS OF THE AUTHORIZED AGENTS
The nature of the prizes and the gifts of *SOFPPEX to the agents and the customers of the authorized agents,
01 – The super present: an apartment, on demand where it will be chosen by the winner in the lot done by *SOFPPEX and its authorized agent after finishing each marketing campaign or star – off. The winner himself decides the nature and the place of the apartment, then it will be bought by *SOFPPEX in a city chosen by the winner; or he can choose a separate apartment as he wishes.
02 – The grand present: a specialized course in body protection to obtain a diploma the esthetic science in the most sophisticated specialized institutions in Paris which includes: the round – trip ticket to and from Paris, the payment of the costs to the institution with the stay insurance during all the course and a health insurance all along the time of the stay, and also the company shows the winner the monuments of Paris and its surrounding. The winner continues the course until he gets the diploma which qualifies him to manage the most sophisticated salons or body care centers in his own country *SOFPPEX will assume all the costs until the winner leaves the international airport in Paris safe and sound.
03 – The golden prize: full trips to Paris, it includes the round – trip ticket to and from Paris, and it also includes health insurance during all the time of the stay, staying in an excellent hotel plus a tour to Paris and its surrounding monuments for a week until the winner leaves the international airport in Paris. *SOFPPEX assumes all the costs.
04 – The distinguished prize: I – pad devices- developed with an insurance for a year.
05 – The first prize: Laptops, with an insurance for a year.
06 – *Jar.NT&D products: *Jar.NT&D products are distributed to the firsts and the French producing company *SOFPPEX, with the coordination with its authorized agents, provides several kinds of products to meet all the needs and according to the winner’s choice – men or women.
07 – Plasma TV's: Plasma TV’s – digital, developed with an insurance for a year.
08 – Digital video cameras: Digital video cameras – developed – with an insurance for a year.
09 – Cameras: photographing cameras – digital – developed – with an insurance for a year.
10 – Computer screens: Computer screens – plasma, digital, developed, with an insurance for a year.
11 – Digital color printers: Digital color printers, with an insurance for a year.
12 – *Jar.NT&D products: number of *Jar.NT&D products special for the firsts and the number and kinds are assigned during the composition of the contract of the deal between *SOFPPEX and its authorized agent with the coordination with the authorized agent to provide several kinds of products that meet all the needs by the winner’s choice for men and women.
13 – Subscriptions for free sessions: Free subscriptions in the salons for chosen sessions according to demand and need.
14 – French Perfume: French perfume for men – good quality
15 – French Perfume: French perfume for women – good quality
16 – Accessories – for women: accessories for women – good quality and include different variety.
17 – Other suggested prizes and gifts: other suggested prizes and gifts will be announced by *SOFPPEX at the time and agreed for in the contact between *SOFPPEX and its authorized agent.
- The detailed index of prizes and presents will be clarified in the transaction contract between *SOFPPEX and the authorized agent after consultation on implementing the contract at the time.
