A TRADING INVITATION FROM *SOFPPEX

TO VISIT PARIS FOR DIRECT AGREEMENT

A trading invitation from *SOFPPEX:

The possibility to get a trading invitation to visit *PARIS,

- The French Company of *SOFPPEX provides a trading invitation to visit *Paris in order to sign the contract or reach an accord regarding the authorized agency or to agree on the broad lines of a grand marketing campaign, if it is necessary to visit Paris.  The trading invitation is origin, it will be prepared under the name and the address of the one who requested the trading invitation.  It is an original trading invitation directed to the *French Embassy in the country of the one who desires it.  It is legalized by *the French Chamber of commerce, an *the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and *the control office of the French Companies and *the French producing company, and it will be sent by registered mail to the authorized agent’s address – the one who wants the trading invitation – and for *SOFPPEX services to be special and complete from every side and to simplify the work of its authorized agents.   The trading invitation will be requested either directly with the Documentation, or later after getting the Documentation the file of the authorized agency.

- The one who wants the official trading invitation, has to send a letter to the French trading company of *SOFPPEX explaining the details of the trading invitation that happens after that the authorized agent gets the Documentation because those support the trading invitation.  The French producing company will send all the trading invitation’s details by net, e – mail – to the one who requests it – if ALLAH want -.

- After having the agreement of preparing the trading invitation, it will be prepared on the official papers of *SOFPPEX and legalized by the concerned administrations, and it will be sent by the registered mail after the authorized agent gets the documentations or sent directly with the documentations. 

- For more details about the trading invitation to visit Paris, it will be discussed with the coordination between the *SOFPPEX and the one who wants the authorized agency in case of direct contact, or the answer will be sent by e – mail.
